The second phase of Atrio Towers project is now under construction. Completion is anticipated to conclude in the latter half of 2025, and it is slated to become operational in January 2026.
Replacing the iconic Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada Convention Center, inaugurated in 1980, Atrio Cultural center is set to become a pivotal landmark in both the International Center and Bogotá. This venue will feature a blend of open public and private spaces, including versatile offices, meeting rooms, and plazas of varying sizes. With its advanced technology, it is poised to host a broad spectrum of events, from cultural and entertainment activities to business meetings, social gatherings, fairs, conferences, and grand galas.
Atrio Cultural Center will feature a dynamic and multifaceted design, spanning 12,340 m², incorporating both indoor and outdoor areas, and offering:
- Two parking levels
- A spacious auditorium accommodating up to 1.000 guests, adaptable to spaces ranging from 170 to 620 people
- Supplemental modular rooms
- Retail spaces
- Restoration of the civic square, which serves as a hub for the high-rise buildings of the International Center.
